1. Agreement
By installing, accessing, or using MaxPrintAlign, you agree to these Terms. If you use the app for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.
2. Service
MaxPrintAlign provides printer profiles, label calibration, eligible product/variant selection, label preview, and PDF-generation tools. Features may evolve as the service is improved.
3. Shopify authorization
You must maintain a valid Shopify store and grant the permissions required for the app. Your Shopify account remains governed by your separate agreement with Shopify.
4. Merchant responsibilities
- Verify product, SKU, barcode, price, quantity, label size, and printer settings before printing.
- Use appropriate printer drivers, label stock, media settings, and print scaling.
- Run calibration/test prints before large production runs.
- Maintain secure Shopify account and staff access.
- Use the app only for lawful business purposes and information you are entitled to process.
5. Hardware and print accuracy
MaxPrintAlign is designed to improve alignment and produce PDFs at configured dimensions, but physical output can be affected by printer hardware, driver behavior, browser/PDF viewer scaling, stock tolerances, media/sensor settings, and operating-system print configuration. You are responsible for testing output on your equipment.
6. Plans and billing
The app may offer free and paid plans or allowances. Current prices and plan terms are shown through Shopify or within the app before a charge is approved. Paid charges, when offered, are processed using Shopify-approved app billing systems.
7. Billing questions and refunds
Submit billing questions through the Support Center. Any refund, credit, or adjustment is subject to applicable law, Shopify billing capabilities/policies, and the circumstances of the request.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, intentionally bypass usage/security controls, interfere with operation, or use MaxPrintAlign to violate law or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual property
MaxPrintAlign, its website, interface, documentation, branding, and server-side implementation are owned by or licensed to MaxGioDigital except for third-party materials and trademarks. You receive a limited right to use the service while authorized.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, platform changes, legal requirements, security issues, or abuse prevention can require changes or temporary suspension.
11. Third-party services
MaxPrintAlign depends on Shopify and may depend on hosting, networking, and other providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that every printer, driver, media, label stock, or scanner combination will produce identical results.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxGioDigital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, wasted label stock, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
14. Termination
You may stop using MaxPrintAlign by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, abuse, legal requirements, or platform restrictions.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of MaxGioDigital, without overriding mandatory protections that cannot legally be waived.
16. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required.
